What Is Sports
Performance?

Sports Performance at Full Circle is built for competitive athletes who need more than a general workout. Jeremiah designs sessions around the specific demands of your sport — targeting the movement patterns, energy systems, and physical qualities that determine who wins when the competition is close.

Whether you're in-season trying to stay sharp or off-season building a bigger engine, programming is periodized to match where you are in your competitive calendar. The goal is always the same: show up to your sport more prepared than your opponent.

Who This Is For
  • High school and collegiate athletes preparing for their next season
  • Adult competitive athletes in hockey, lacrosse, football, and other sports
  • Athletes returning from injury who need a structured return-to-sport program
  • Anyone whose sport performance has plateaued and needs a new stimulus
  • Athletes looking to increase speed, power output, or sport-specific endurance
  • Competitors who want to train with the same intensity they compete with
What a Typical Session Looks Like
01
Movement Prep & Activation
Sport-specific warm-up targeting the joints, muscles, and movement patterns most critical to your event. Primes the central nervous system for high-output work from the first rep.
02
Power Development
Explosive power training through plyometrics, jumps, and med ball work. Builds the fast-twitch output that makes the difference in first-step quickness, shot power, and jump height.
03
Strength Block
Primary strength movements selected for sport transfer. Jeremiah programs the compound lifts that build functional strength — not just gym numbers that don't cross over to competition.
04
Speed & Agility
Acceleration, max velocity, and change-of-direction work built around your sport's specific demands. Drills are chosen for transfer — every rep mirrors something that happens in real competition.
05
Metabolic Conditioning
High-intensity conditioning intervals calibrated to your sport's energy demands. Athletes train to finish strong — not just survive the final period, shift, or quarter.

Questions From
Athletes

Ready to talk specifics about your sport and goals? Call Jeremiah at (717) 887-7186 — he'll tell you exactly what a program built for you would look like.

What sports does this program cover?
Full Circle's Sports Performance program serves competitive athletes across all sports — hockey, lacrosse, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, and more. Programming is built around the specific physical demands of your sport, not a one-size-fits-all template.
How is this different from Group Fitness?
Group Fitness is designed for general fitness and is scalable for all levels. Sports Performance is purpose-built for competitive athletes — periodized around your competitive calendar, targeting sport-specific movement patterns, and designed to produce measurable improvements in athletic output.
Should I train in-season or only off-season?
Both. Off-season training builds your physical foundation — strength, power, and conditioning. In-season training maintains those gains and keeps you sharp without overtaxing your body during competition. Jeremiah programs around your schedule to make sure training supports your performance, not competes with it.
How quickly will I see results?
Most athletes notice measurable improvements in strength and conditioning within 4–6 weeks of consistent training. Speed and power adaptations typically follow at 6–8 weeks. The athletes who see the fastest results show up consistently and trust the process.
Can this help me prepare for tryouts or combines?
Absolutely. Jeremiah builds peak-for-date programs around specific tryout windows, combines, and showcases. If you have a target date, tell him — he'll build backwards from it to make sure you're at your physical best when it counts.
