What Is Small
Group Training?

Small Group Training at Full Circle sits in a unique space between personal training and group fitness. You get the full attention of a dedicated coach, programming built around your group's collective goals, and the energy that only comes from training alongside people who are pushing just as hard as you.

Whether it's two friends who've been talking about getting serious, a couple who want to share the experience, or a group of teammates building their off-season base together — Jeremiah designs every session to challenge and support every person in the group, regardless of where they're starting.

What a Small Group Session Looks Like
01
Group Warm-Up
Dynamic warm-up led by Jeremiah — everyone moves together, getting the group energized and activated before the real work starts. Sets the tone for the session.
02
Strength Work
Compound strength movements programmed for the group's shared goals with individual scaling. Everyone works the same pattern — Jeremiah adjusts loads and variations so every person is working at their optimal level.
03
Partner or Team Conditioning
Conditioning rounds that use the group dynamic — partner work, relay formats, and team challenges that push everyone harder than they'd push themselves alone. This is where small group training earns its energy.
04
Cool-Down & Group Debrief
Shared cool-down with individual feedback. Jeremiah checks in with each person — noting what they crushed, what to work on, and what's coming next session. The group celebrates each other's progress.

Questions About
Groups

Have a group in mind but not sure if it's the right fit? Call Jeremiah at (717) 887-7186 — a five-minute conversation will tell you everything you need to know.

How many people can be in a group?
Small group training at Full Circle is designed for groups of 2 to 6 people. Keeping sessions small is intentional — it ensures Jeremiah can give real coaching attention to every person in the group, not just manage a crowd.
Does everyone need to be the same fitness level?
No. Jeremiah programs sessions so everyone works at their optimal level. The movements and structure are shared, but loads, scaling, and intensity are individualized. A beginner and an experienced athlete can train in the same session and both get exactly what they need.
How is this different from group fitness classes?
Group fitness classes are open to everyone and programmed for the general population. Small group training is private — just your group, with a program built specifically for your collective goals and schedules. You get coaching attention that's impossible to deliver in a larger class setting.
Can we choose our own schedule?
Yes. Small group sessions are scheduled directly with Jeremiah based on your group's availability. You're not locked into a fixed class time — your group picks what works and Jeremiah builds around it.
How do we get started as a group?
Reach out to Jeremiah directly — call, email, or stop by the gym. Tell him who's in your group, what your goals are, and when you're generally available. He'll have a quick conversation, answer your questions, and set up your first session.
