What Is
Personal Training?

Personal Training at Full Circle starts with you. Before the first session, Jeremiah takes the time to understand your history, your goals, and what's held you back. From there, every session is built specifically for you — no templates, no guesswork, no wasted reps.

Working with Jeremiah 1-on-1 means the full weight of his attention is on you for every minute of every session. He watches every rep, coaches every movement, and adjusts on the fly — because the best program in the world doesn't work if it's not being coached well.

What a 1-on-1 Session Looks Like
01
Check-In & Assessment
Every session starts with a quick check-in — how you're feeling, how recovery has been, what's working. Jeremiah adjusts the plan based on where you are today, not where you were last week.
02
Targeted Warm-Up
A warm-up built for your specific session — activating the exact muscles and movement patterns you'll be targeting. No generic five-minute treadmill walk.
03
Main Training Block
The core of your session — programmed specifically for your goals and adjusted in real time. Jeremiah coaches every set, every rep. He corrects form, manages intensity, and pushes you past the point where you'd stop on your own.
04
Cool-Down & Debrief
Guided cool-down and a brief debrief on what was accomplished. Jeremiah notes progress, flags anything to address next session, and makes sure you leave knowing exactly what you did and why.

Questions About
1-on-1

The fastest way to get answers is to talk directly to Jeremiah. Call him at (717) 887-7186 or stop by the gym — he's there, he's happy to talk, and there's no sales pressure.

How is this different from group fitness?
In group fitness, Jeremiah coaches everyone in the room. In personal training, every minute is dedicated entirely to you — the programming is built for your specific goals, and the coaching attention never leaves. It's the most direct path to results for people with specific goals or limitations.
What happens in the first session?
Before or during your first session, Jeremiah takes time to understand your training history, current fitness level, goals, and any injuries or limitations. He uses that to build a program tailored to you. Your first session is the foundation — every session after builds on it.
How often should I train?
Most clients see strong results with 2–3 sessions per week. Jeremiah will recommend a frequency based on your goals and availability. Some clients also combine personal training with group fitness classes to maximize both coaching quality and training volume.
Is personal training right for beginners?
Absolutely — personal training is one of the best starting points for beginners. You'll learn proper movement patterns from day one, avoid the bad habits that hold people back for years, and build a foundation of real strength with a coach who knows exactly where you are and where you need to go.
How do I get started?
The easiest way is to call or email Jeremiah directly. He'll have a quick conversation about your goals, answer any questions, and set up a time for your first session. No long intake form, no sales process — just a real conversation with a real coach.
