Jeremiah
Trostle
Jeremiah built Full Circle Fitness & Performance from the ground up inside York Ice Arena — and the philosophy behind it is simple: great coaching changes lives. Every class, every rep, every member matters.
Whether you're an elite youth hockey player chasing a scholarship or an adult just starting your fitness journey, Jeremiah meets you where you are — checks your form, scales to your level, and pushes you exactly as hard as you're ready to be pushed.
Meet Coach Cody — someone who truly lives the lifestyle he coaches. From skydiving out of planes to hitting the slopes snowboarding and exploring the outdoors on hikes, Cody thrives on pushing limits and embracing adventure. That same energy carries into his approach to fitness and health.
Cody is passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and energized in their everyday lives. Whether you're just getting started or looking to level up, he brings motivation, real-life experience, and a genuine commitment to helping you become your best self.
For Cody, it's not just about working out — it's about building a life you feel good living.

I'm Heather — a full-time designer, part-time yoga teacher (200HR RYT), and mom of three who knows how full life can feel.
I came to yoga looking for strength — and it's become the way I build it, maintain it, and move better in my everyday life. It's helped me feel more stable, more mobile, and more confident. At the same time, it's taught me how to slow things down when I need to — to breathe through stressful moments, release built-up tension, and reset when life feels a little chaotic.
My classes are built around that same idea — helping you feel stronger, move better, and find a little more space in both your body and your mind. You don't need to be flexible or experienced. You just need to show up.
