Every group fitness class at Full Circle is fully coached by Jeremiah. No guesswork, no wandering — just purposeful, progressive programming that gets you stronger, fitter, and more confident every session.

What sets Full Circle apart is the coaching attention you get even in a group setting. Jeremiah watches your form, scales the workout to your level, and pushes you just past your edge — in a room full of people doing the same thing.

What a Typical Class Looks Like

Warm-Up
Dynamic movement prep and activation — getting your joints, muscles, and nervous system ready for the work ahead.

Strength Intensity
The main lift — barbells, dumbbells, or bodyweight movements focused on building real, functional strength. Every exercise is coached and scaled.

Strength Balance
Strength Balance utilizes lighter, unilateral (single-limb) or isolation movements to correct imbalances, improve control, and enhance joint longevity.

Conditioning
High-intensity conditioning rounds that challenge your endurance, test your mental toughness, and burn long after you leave.

Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. Every class at Full Circle is coached and scaled to your level. Whether it's your very first workout or you've been training for years, Jeremiah modifies every movement to meet you where you are. You don't need any prior fitness experience to join.
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. Everything else — coaching, programming, and a welcoming community — is already there.
How many people are in a typical class?
Classes at Full Circle are intentionally kept small so every member gets real coaching attention. You're not just a face in the crowd — Jeremiah knows your name, your goals, and how to push you in the right direction.
How often should I attend?
Most members see strong results attending 3–4 times per week. Jeremiah's programming is built to support consistent attendance — with proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and variety that lets your body recover between sessions.
Is the first class really free?
Yes — 100%. Your first class at Full Circle is completely free with no commitment required. Come in, meet the community, and experience the coaching firsthand. If it's not for you, no pressure. If it is, we'll talk about next steps.
